The boathouse is one room approx. 400 sq. ft. with two twin beds, a bathroom and shower, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, grill, overhead fans, no sink/drinking water (bottled provided). Shower uses lake water. Two kayaks available for renter's use. Now have an AC unit and Wood Stove, wood provided! (Note: The hotest days of summer AC will not cool until the sun sets and wood stove does not warm in freezing temps.)
